OIC and SEACO hosts discussion on ‘Strengthening the Role of Southeast Asian Countries at OIC’ (The Daily Star)

A discussion event on ‘Strengthening the Role of Southeast Asian Countries at OIC’ organised by South East Asian Co-Operation Foundation (SEACO) and Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Bangladesh Study Group was held recently. The main prospect of this event was to discuss how the Southeast Asian countries can have a greater impact at OIC and how OIC can play a greater role on Global Trends as well as understanding the recent activities and future plans of SEACO Foundation. The event was well participated with Tan Sri Dr Syed Hamid Albar along with Ambassador Mohammaed Mohsin, Chairman, SEACO Foundation, Mr Salahuddin Kasem Khan, Executive Chairman, SEACO Foundation and other dignitaries. The outputs, recommendations & viewpoints of the event will be put in a Working Paper & Journal that will be promoted at reputable International & National bodies like the WEF, WIEF, UNDP, OIC, ESCAP, PMO- SDG office & Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangladesh.
